Thank you to all who made the trip to Olympia for Catholic Advocacy Day on Thursday February 23, 2006 and made our event a success.  Now it is time to thank our Legislators for meeting with us and listening to our concerns on a variety of subjects ranging from child care and health care to Medicaid premiums and low-income housing. 

Over 200 participants from all over Washington met in the Columbia Room in the Legislative Building for prayer, a program, and a legislative briefing, highlighted by an address from Bishop Eusebio Elizondo, M.Sp.S., Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Seattle.  Click here to contact your Legislators thanking them for hearing our issues and encouraging them to keep our concerns in mind as they continue working in the 2006 Legislative Session.
