Washington State’s $2.8 billion deficit is the primary focus as the 2010 Legislative Session enters its last few weeks.  It is inevitable that state funding for social services programs will be cut.  In these dire economic times, the Volunteer Chore Services program could be expanded in order to provide more services to more people.
